A Home of Charm & Character. The villa following the original set up of the house, gives the impression that it is divided into three apartments across two levels, designed to provide both privacy and shared living spaces for families and groups:

The first apartment is located near the main patio and offers a twin bedroom with peaceful garden views. It includes a shared bathroom, a cozy living room with a twin sofa bed for extra guests, and a small kitchen equipped for your daily needs.

Connected to it, is the second apartment, featuring a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher. The kitchen flows into a bright sitting area with a TV and a sofa bed that can convert into two single beds. The space opens directly onto the private swimming pool, spacious covered patio, and BBQ area, perfect for outdoor gatherings. There’s also a twin bedroom with views of the pool and a shared bathroom with a washing machine for added convenience.

On the upper floor, the third apartment exudes comfort and charm. It features a twin en-suite bedroom with a private balcony, where you can soak in breathtaking views of the sea and the Apokoronas landscape. The second en-suite bedroom offers a serene view of the pool, garden, and BBQ area. The inviting sitting area opens onto a furnished balcony with sea views, perfect for morning coffee or sunset relaxation. A well-equipped kitchen provides all you need for convenient meal preparation, while a double sofa bed offers additional space for guests.
