This charming two-story villa is designed to comfortably accommodate up to five guests. On the lower floor, you’ll find a very well- equipped kitchen catering to all your culinary desires, a cozy sitting area with satellite TV, a sofa bed for additional guests, and direct access to the shared swimming pool area. This level also includes a shared bathroom complete with a washing machine.

Upstairs, the villa offers a twin bedroom with two single beds, a double bedroom, and another shared bathroom. Both bedrooms feature small balconies with beautiful sea views, thoughtfully decorated with a blend of modern accents and local charm.

The villa provides parking space.

Guests can relax by the sparkling pool, enjoy al fresco dining on the private terrace, or explore the lush gardens adorned with lavender, pomegranate, prickly pear, olive, and mulberry trees. A unique feature of the property is a nearby German World War II bunker, offering an intriguing glimpse into the area’s layered history.

Conveniently located 1 km from the main village square, the villa is close to a local taverna and supermarket, making it an ideal base for scenic hikes and visits to the charming villages of Apokoronas.

Guests can admire the Drapanokefala, (Calapodha) hill named during the Venetian occupation for its distinctive shape.

The villa is just a short drive from Chania (29 km) and beautiful beaches, including Almyrida (4.5 km), Plaka (3.5 km), and Kalives (9.0 km). These coastal towns are perfect for exploring cozy cafes, traditional tavernas, and local shops. For added convenience, Chania Airport is 27 km away, Rethymno is a 1-hour drive, and Heraklion Airport is 130 km away.
