A warm and inviting space, as you step into the villa, you’ll find a well-equipped kitchen seamlessly connected to a cozy sitting area, complete with an additional sofa bed for extra guests. From here, step out onto the balcony and take in lovely views of the BBQ area and the sea. The villa features two thoughtfully designed bedrooms. A twin bedroom with a balcony overlooking the serene garden. A double bedroom with its own balcony, offering breathtaking sea views. A shared bathroom, equipped with a washing machine, ensures convenience for all guests. The villa also includes parking space.

Guests can unwind by the glistening pool, savor outdoor meals on the BBQ terrace, or wander through the lush gardens that envelop the property. Fragrant lavender, pomegranate, prickly pear, olive, and mulberry trees create an idyllic setting, perfect for relaxation. Adding to the property’s allure is a nearby German World War II bunker, a unique historical landmark that enhances the sense of peaceful isolation and invites moments of quiet reflection.

Conveniently located 1 km from the main village square, the villa is close to a local taverna and supermarket, making it an ideal base for scenic hikes and visits to the charming villages of Apokoronas. Guests can admire the Drapanokefala, (Calapodha) hill named during the Venetian occupation for its distinctive shape.
