This two-story villa comfortably accommodates up to five guests. The lower floor features a very well-equipped kitchen for all your culinary needs, a cozy sitting area with satellite TV, a sofa bed for extra guests, and access to a private patio beside the shared swimming pool. There is also a shared bathroom with a washing machine. Upstairs, you’ll find a two single beds room, a double bedroom, and another shared bathroom. Both bedrooms include small balconies with sea views, decorated with modern touches and local elements.

The villa provides a private parking space.

Guests can relax by the sparkling pool, enjoy al fresco dining on the private terrace, or explore the lush gardens adorned with lavender, pomegranate, prickly pear, olive, and mulberry trees. A unique feature of the property is a nearby German World War II bunker, offering an intriguing glimpse into the area’s layered history.

Conveniently located 1 km from the main village square, the villa is close to a local taverna and supermarket, making it an ideal base for scenic hikes and visits to the charming villages of Apokoronas.

Guests can admire the Drapanokefala, (Calapodha) hill named during the Venetian occupation for its distinctive shape.

The villa is just a short drive from Chania (29 km) and beautiful beaches, including Almyrida (4.5 km), Plaka (3.5 km), and Kalives (9.0 km). These coastal towns are perfect for exploring cozy cafes, traditional tavernas, and local shops. For added convenience, Chania Airport is 27 km away, Rethymno is a 1-hour drive, and Heraklion Airport is 130 km away. Vamo’s Health Center is 7 km from the villa, and a pharmacy is available in Almyrida, just 4 km away.
